CLEVELAND, Ohio — The mother of a 2-year old boy who fell from a second-story window has been charged with felony child endangering.

Latrice Foster, 28, will be arraigned this morning in Cleveland Municipal Court.

The toddler fell about 4:30 p.m. Thursday from a window at a home in the 15300 block of Ridpath Avenue on the city’s East Side.

The child was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.

Police said the 2-year-old had been left home alone.
